I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. Growing up in the 80s, I would often hear women berating their bodies. Even as a child, this felt like harmful self-talk to me. I didn't want this for myself, and I don't want it for you.
Understanding how food nourishes your gut and supports your body can be quietly revelatory - shifting eating from something stressful into something enjoyable, empowering, and deeply supportive of wellbeing. What's more, I believe healthy food is the most delicious, and I want you to love it too.

Gut health is a buzz term, with diets, supplements and juices claiming to be the answer. In truth, your gut is a complex organ which needs nurturing and nourishing, much like your brain.
In fact, your gut and your brain are in constant communication, the health of one impacting the other. Stress and anxiety can trigger gut symptoms, while gastrointestinal inflammation sends signals to the brain and has been linked to anxiety and depression.
